We also offer a service of Project Management and Property Renovations to Landlords. If your property is in need of refurbishment, whether that be from small jobs and decorating up to a full renovation, e.g. new kitchen, bathroom, windows etc. We can arrange all works through our extensive list of quality and fully insured tradesmen. We will then project manage all the works on your behalf, so you can relax while the improvements are carried out.

Harbour Properties can offer assistance when a property is vacant and the owner’s insurance requires that it is visited during the vacancy. Please ask for further details regarding this service and we will provide you with a quotation suited to your needs.
In the very rare circumstance that a tenant refuses to leave a property after being given a section 8 or 21 notice, although we would advise to seek legal advice, and the best course of action is usually through solicitors, Harbour Properties can offer assistance in this process. If you want to go through the court possession process yourself, we are happy to provide evidence, help in the case and even attend court with you for a nominal fee.
